TO ORDER Please print or type complete name, address, zip code and the Lithophane product code(s) for the Lithophane items you wish to order. You may use the convenient order form (see link to order form below. A link to the order form is also available from the Lithophanes display page.). Deliveries cannot be made to a route or box number. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. Please add 20% to the total of your bill for handling and shipping charges (Minimum $5.50 shipping and handling). CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ADD 7 % SALES TAX. |
