Although I was born
in Liverpool in the UK, Saudi Arabia was my home for 23 years
until June 2003 when I moved to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
Living in the Middle East I have come to greatly appreciate the
very rich heritage of Islamic and Arabian culture. Not surprisingly,
this has a great influence on my work.
I
have been a porcelain artist since 1994, teaching since 1999,
and I have won awards for my work in Riyadh, Italy and the US.
I am an IPAT Certified Artist and Teacher, and hold the UK City
& Guilds Certificates 7802-50, 7900-86 and currently working
to complete my degree in china painting with City & Guilds,
as well as Master Artist certification with IPAT.
I
undertake commissions and teach this ancient art to students with
all levels of ability. I hope you enjoy the site and would be
