Please Note: If the email you enter is different than what is currently in the PPIO database, it will NOT update the database. Nor will this application update your general membership information (address, city, state or Location, Country, email, etc.) in the PPIO database. It is for annual renewal of your membership only.

NOTE:Your Member Number is required for renewals.
If you do not know your Member Number, please DO NOT GUESS. YOU CAN NOW GET THIS INFORMATION IN THE MEMBERS ONLY SECTION.
Just select the option from the Members Only menu to get your member number and next renewal date. If you have problems getting this information, you may email Marci Blattenberger at marci@ppio.com, and she can look it up for you.

If you enter the wrong member number, it could update another member's renewal information. If you are renewing by printing this form and mailing it, you do not need to enter your Member Number (see address for mailing this form on the Instructions page)
