MEMBERSHIP IN PPIO IS $32  A YEAR

You may pay for membership by check or money order or, using access to the Secure Transactions site (via the Membership Application form), we can accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

You can type your membership information directly into this form.
Then, if you are paying by Credit Card, click on the "Submit" button to go to the Secure Transactions site.

If paying by Check or Money Order, complete the form and then print the completed form and send it with your Check or Money Order, (Payable to PPIO) to:

NOTE: Our bank charges us $10 for processing checks from banks outside the U.S.A. For this reason, please add $10 to the $32 membership fee if you are mailing a check written on a non-USA bank.

Even if you are not going to use your credit card to pay for your membership but instead, will be mailing a check to the above address, we ask that you still use the Membership Application form to assure that we have all the information needed to process your membership.
